Built on Microsoft, entirely
ITSM360 is not an external SaaS with a Microsoft integration. It is a SharePoint Framework solution that runs inside your own tenant, uses SharePoint for data, Entra for identity, and Fluent UI for the interface. What your tenant owns, you own.
SPFx solution
One tenant, no vendor cloud
One tenant, one architecture
ITSM360 sits inside the customer tenant. Data, identity, and automation all come from Microsoft services that are already running, not from a vendor cloud next to them.
The stack, layer by layer
Every part of ITSM360 maps to a Microsoft service you already run. There is no hidden middleware and no proprietary database.
SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
ITSM360 ships as SPFx web parts and extensions. You deploy a single SPPKG to your app catalog and grant it the permissions it needs, the same way any Microsoft-native app works.
SharePoint as data source
Tickets, CIs, workflows, and knowledge articles live in SharePoint lists inside a site you own. No external database, no data syncing, no vendor connector to maintain.
Entra ID for identity
Authentication happens through Entra ID (Azure AD). Conditional Access, MFA, and your existing governance controls all apply automatically, no separate identity provider.
Fluent UI React
The interface is built with Fluent UI, the same design system Microsoft uses for Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. End users feel at home from the first click.
Power Automate workflows
Automation runs on Power Automate. If you need custom logic, an approval flow, an integration with HR, a custom escalation, you build it with the same tool your team already uses.
Your tenant boundary
Nothing leaves your Microsoft 365 tenant. No external SaaS backend, no vendor-hosted processing, no shipping data across regions. Compliance auditors can see where your data lives, because it stays in one place.
Let your architects take a look
We're happy to walk through the architecture with your team. Book a technical demo and we'll cover SPFx packaging, permissions, data layout, and what happens during a customer tenant install.
