ITSM360 secures experienced investors and is looking for new partners

3 April 2026

Kongens Lyngby, April 2026. ITSM Company, developer of the ESM/ITSM platform ITSM360, has attracted two experienced private investors. With their backing, ITSM Company is focusing on the expansion of the European partner network and a new office in Germany.

ITSM360 runs natively on Microsoft 365 and answers a growing market demand. Organisations are moving their service processes into the Microsoft environment where employees already work every day. For Microsoft partners, that creates an opportunity to add service management to their portfolio.

ESM is moving toward the Microsoft environment

More organisations want to base their service processes on a single shared data environment, so AI and automation can be applied more widely. When service data stays inside the Microsoft environment, technologies like Copilot, Power Automate, and Power BI can be deployed more easily for automation, insights, and employee support. Organisations also benefit from the existing security and governance capabilities Microsoft already provides.

That development reinforces the shift from IT Service Management to Enterprise Service Management. Service processes are no longer used by IT alone. Departments such as HR, Finance, and Facilities are picking them up too. Organising these processes inside one digital workplace lets organisations connect departments and improve service delivery across the company.

Experienced investors back ITSM Company's growth

The growth of ITSM Company is supported by two experienced private investors: Joop van Voorthuijsen and Johanan Bos. Van Voorthuijsen is co-founder of QBS Group (now Companial), which he built as CEO into an organisation with more than 250 employees and over 1,000 partners in 25 countries. Bos was co-founder and CCO of QBS Group, jointly responsible for that growth, and is involved in the foundation of several IT and telecom companies.

"Organisations can benefit quickly from Microsoft Copilot capabilities inside service processes," says Joop van Voorthuijsen. "AI-driven analysis and automation take a meaningful weight off IT teams."

An opportunity for Microsoft partners

With the expansion, ITSM Company also wants to strengthen the partner network with new, stable collaborations. The partnership is especially relevant for Microsoft partners who want to add a specialised service management solution to their portfolio. Managed service providers can build on their existing Microsoft expertise and use ITSM360 to deliver added value to their end customers quickly.

ITSM360 at European trade events

ITSM360 will be present at the SERVIEW Exhibition in Germany from 19 to 21 May, and at the SITS Exhibition in the Netherlands on 22 September. Organisations and IT leaders can use these events to explore the development from ESM toward the Microsoft environment in more depth.
